Fresh Ty Tanglwyst double cream,
Cream cheese,
Old Castle Farm in Tonna, Neath free range eggs,
Plain flour,
Caster sugar and vanilla essence.
This is local produce from local businesses, working together to make a stunning dessert for sale in restaurants and hotels across South Wales.

Cup Cakes prove to be as popular as ever for Weddings.
Our latest Wedding cup cakes were decorated with blue and ivory butterflies and were for a wedding reception held at the Dylan Thomas Museum in Swansea last Saturday. The Dylan Thomas is a magical place to hold a function with its high ceilings and hugh windows letting in the natural light. The decorated room looked truly amazing.
The bride sent us this email last night :
"Sian – just to say thank you for the beautiful cake and cupcakes. It looked so lovely and everyone has commented on how delicious it was too! My work colleagues have worked their way through the last few cakes and they were still perfectly fresh today. "
We have had lots of feedback from the Neath food & drink festival in the past 10 days. Everybody loved our cheesecake cups and our frangipane mince pies went down a storm. A number of people said how they missed us in Neath and it was nice to talk to many old friends. We took the opportunity to remind people that they can still order their cakes from us either over the internet or by telephone or if they are passing they are more than welcome to call into our unit in Baglan for a visit.
We are working on a new project at the moment with regards to our cheesecakes, so keep reading the blog to find out more news as it is annouced.

Every good celebration requires a cake and Neath food & drink festival 2010 was no exception. It is the second year now that Ian has organised the event and the crowds came out in force.
Sian was locked in St.Davids Church all day doing cookery demonstrations and 49 food producers from across South Wales filled the streets of Neath with their wares.

Last Saturday, Sian made a caramel croquembouche for a wedding at the King Arthur Hotel in Reynoldston, Swansea. The flowers for the cake were supplied by Gutteridge florists in Porthcawl.
The damp weather last weekend made working with caramel a real challenge but Sian rose to the challenge.
The other wedding cake we supplied last week was a more traditional cake. The bride choose a 3 tier ivory wedding cake decorated with blue ribbons and diamante diamonds. The flavours for the cake were fruit and lemon madeira. The cake was delivered to a new wedding venue for us - The Grove Golf Club in Porthcawl, nr Bridgend.
