The results have been published for the 2010 Great Taste Awards and we have just been notified that we have won a Gold Star for our Pear & Ginger Pudding.
This is going to be a fantastic dessert for Christmas served with warm custard (or fresh cream which is my favourite for accompaniment to any dessert).
Pear & Ginger is a perfect combination for a winter dessert and Sian has produced a recipe that really works.
This dessert is definately not just food, its "Comfort Food"
