We supply lots of restaurants, hotels and coffee shop shops across South Wales with our delicious desserts. The trend is definitely towards individual desserts, as opposed to large 12 or 16 portion cakes which then need to be cut, although we can supply either.
Our advantage over our competitors is that we supply a fresh product as opposed to a frozen product. This means that we can incorporate fresh fruit into our desserts and we don't need to put in any additives.
Three desserts we have trialled recently are a Raspberry Torte with a White Chocolate collar, a chocolate mousse and as a wedding dessert sample (requested by the bride) a honeycomb cheesecake.
