The Ice House in Swansea SA1 played host to an art exhibiton of the work of Doug Hyde last saturday. The artist attended the exhibition and Sian was asked to make some dessert canapes for the event.
Two 50th Birthday Cakes, both with a musical theme.
The first is for a lady who lives in Swansea, who is an Elvis fan.
The second is for a gentleman who lives in Neath Port Talbot and this was a life-size guitar cake. Big enough to serve over 100 portions.

Lots of orders this week for St.Patricks Day desserts. The two most popular proved to be an Irish Cream Cheesecake and a Passionfruit and Lime Mousse Gateau.
The passion-fruit and lime gateau was layered to look like the Irish Flag and was served with shortbread biscuits.
