Lots of orders this week for St.Patricks Day desserts. The two most popular proved to be an Irish Cream Cheesecake and a Passionfruit and Lime Mousse Gateau.
The passion-fruit and lime gateau was layered to look like the Irish Flag and was served with shortbread biscuits.
The Irish Creme sounds delicious Irish Creme and cheesecake has to be a winner combination. The flag is such a clever ideal and I love the individual servings.
