This week, the entries for the Welsh True Taste Awards had to be submitted for judging. We had a real dilemma trying to decide which products to enter.
Finally after much trialling we decided on a baked cheesecake with vodka soaked raisins. The problem was - What do we top it with?
Should we go for Rhubarb or Apple Crumble topping. Both tasted amazing. The staff were split down the middle, the customers in the patisserie were undecided and even Wayne and Nigel from CGL couldn't make up their mind.
Simple answer was to toss a coin.
