Sian has developed a range of individual desserts for Weddings, Banquets and Corporate events.
Today marks our first delivery to The Orangery at Margam Park. The Orangery is one of the premier Wedding Venues in South Wales and is based in Margam Country Park. The desserts we supplied today were Raspberry Cheesecakes. The cakes had a biscuit base topped with a vanilla cheesecake and finished with fresh strawberries. Take a look at the video to listen to Sian talking through the cake ingredients and look at the quality and quantity of the desserts supplied.
Our aim is to target our desserts to "up market" venues who are looking for a premium product.

Seeing my cake on my special day was the highlight. I had no clue what to expect, my direction for Sian was ‘mad, unique and crazy’ and this is what she came up with. My husband and I were gobsmacked, we were over the moon with how beautiful and extraordinary it was. Everything we wanted and more!
I asked Sian to do my cake as the previous year my mother bought a cake off Sian for my Birthday (The ‘Happy 21st Birthday Stephanie’ in the photos section) I loved my birthday cake and knew I wanted something like that for my wedding cake. Amazing, beautiful and unique! Plus it had to be a chocolate cake :)
Our guests at our wedding were amazed with our cake, everyone I have since shown pictures of the cake to have said one word ‘WOW’, they are completely amazed at the fine detail, a lot of hard work went into making the cake – you can see!Apart from how amazing the cake looked, it tasted even better. Chocolate cake at its best!
Thank you so much Sian for making my day extra special by making the cake of my dreams. It turely was beautiful. Thank you xx

When my daughter Stephanie announced she was getting I knew who she would want to make her wedding cake: Sian of La Creme Patisserie in Neath. Sian had made Stephanie's 21st birthday cake the previous year and it had been a great success.
The brief Sian was given to work with was very open: not traditional, chocolate and different. On top of that Sian only had 3 weeks to deliver the cake of Stephanie's dreams.
Stephanie had the utmost faith in Sian's ability to deliver something unique and decided not to see the cake until it was delivered to the wedding venue.
When Stephanie and her husband Lewiss finally saw their cake at the reception, they were over the moon as it looked amazing. The guests were asking where/who had made it and were taking their own photographs of it. The owners of the wedding venue were even impressed with the cake, it was so unique!!
One word describes the taste of the cake - fantastic.
Sian, thank you so much for making a show stopping cake for my daughters wedding. It was cerainly one of the great highlights of an amazing day.
