Top of the shop is a recipe for a Decadent Chocolate Cake which will be perfect for Easter Sunday.
There is a simple recipe for making chocolate cornflake cakes with the children which is a perfect way to use up any leftover chocolate eggs. It is also a great way to encourage children to cook and to enjoy eating something that they have made.
The final recipe is an adaption of one of our favourite recipes.
Its a Chocolate Hot Cross Bun Bread & Butter Pudding. The combination of cinnamon and chocolate adds a new dimension to an old favourite.

We had three special birthday cakes last week.
The first one was for Gabriela who was celebrating her 1st Birthday and wanted a Waybuloo Character Cake.
The second cake we supplied through Home & Colonial Deli in Porthcawl. The person had asked for a Vampires Diaries Cake with bright red blood writing.
The third one was for a 21st Birthday in Bridgend and the Lauren requested a Birthday Cake decorated with shoes and a handbag, complete with diamante diamonds.

There was a very special person checking in to the Atlantic Hotel in Porthcawl last week. Jimmy Booth was 60 and to celebrate we made a 60th Birthday cake complete with Louis Vetton suitcases and Jimmy sitting on top.
The cake was decorate by Mel, who is one of our talented cake decorators.
Each week we supply the desserts for the Atlantic Hotel for their restaurant and for any Wedding or celebration parties they are hosting in the Hotel. It is 'Get Welsh in Swansea' this week and to mark the occasion we have been asked to make some welsh themed cakes.
The first one was donated as a raffle prize during the Food & Drink festival held in St.Davids Square in Swansea on Saturday.
The second one was for a welsh rugby fans' 71st Birthday held in Porthcawl.
We have made Ospreys cakes, Scarlets cakes and Neath cakes but during the Six Nations we all come together as WELSH.

The South Wales Evening Post Wedding Fayre for 2010 was held at the Liberty Stadium in Swansea today.
