Sian has been asked to go onto Radio Wales on Tuesday 1st September at 11.00am to be interviewed by Mal Pope who is sitting in on the Jamie and Louise programme.
Many years ago when we lived in London and Sian worked for Tesco's as a Home Economist, Sian did a number of radio programmes with Dale Winton (before he became famous) on Radio Hertfordshire. Cooking on air involved alot of banging tins but it was always good fun.
This time Sian is going to take along some piping bags and see if Mal can decorate a cup cake.
Who knows this could be the start of something big....
