Saturday 21st June we supplied one of our takeaway meals for a party in Ogmore by Sea for 30 guests. Since we started offering a saturday night takeaway we have had a fantastic response from our customers who are looking for something different - something home cooked - and something easily prepared when entertaining guests. For this particular takeaway Sian was asked to prepare canape starters, followed by a light summer hot meal and finished with two of her fantastic desserts. The menu Sian devised is as follows :
Starters :
Prawn & Mangetout Skewers with Lemon Mayo Dip, Duck spring rolls with sweet Chilli Dip, vegetable spring rolls and chinese chicken skewers.
Main Course :
Five spice marinated chicken in a ginger, lemon grass sauce with oriental vegetables or sweet & sour pork. Served with wild rice and a rice noodle,chilli & cucumber salad.
Desserts :
Passionfruit cheesecake and Chocolate & Cherry Roulade.

This is the second time I have used La creme and it won't be the last! Using Sian enables you to be able to really enjoy the party and my guests loved the food and were full of praise for the choice of dishes and quality of the food. I would thoroughly recommend them.
