Helpful sons on Fathers Day.

We had a leak at the factory in the drainage pipe, which meant that we had to be in on Fathers Day taking up the floor. Luckily for me, my two sons Robert and Matthew said that they would come in to help.

Jager Bomb Cake

We always like a challenge.

The latest was a cake for 400 people for a party in Tiger Tiger in Cardiff in the shape of a Jager Bomb.

 
It took the 3 people to lift it!

Sian has recently been asked to feature in a video for Careers Wales to talk about what it is like to run her own business and the skills required in making cakes and patisserie.

We do a lot of work with schools and colleges hoping to inspire the next generation of catering students and we also have a number of students throughout the year on work placement.

Check out the video as there are some good clips of the factory in Port Talbot.

Welsh Rugby Player 30th Birthday Cake

What better way to celebrate your 30th Birthday than to score a try for Wales. It is 6 nations time of year and Wales are on a high. Rhys a dairy farmer from West Wales and a former no.9 celebrated his 30th Birthday last weekend with a cake from La Creme.

Christmas Chalet at McArthur Glen in Bridgend

From December 1st through until January 3rd we will be selling our cakes and desserts from a chalet in McArthur Glen Shopping Village in Bridgend. The Christmas chalets are based outside the food court.

Products on sale include our Cowin Lush Welsh Cheesecakes, our Award winning Frangipane Mince Pies, Christmas Cakes, La Creme Dessert cups, chocolate brownies, millionaires shortbread and cupcakes.
